You may have heard some of the stories and or rumors relating to these OSHA visits and subsequent citations being issued to the subcontractors as well as the prime contractors. Century Communities has made the decision to work toward being OSHA compliant and has installed a written comprehensive OSHA compliant safety program.

All personnel working on the jobsite are required by the Code of Federal Regulation, 1926 for the Construction industry, to have completed a formal safety training program.
